It can be even more daunting to have the time to think about the key legal strategies that need to be put in place now to help your company grow successfully and prevent future problems.

Attorney Will Pew brings many years of practical experience as both a commercial real estate broker and, more recently, a small business owner to Hecker & Pew. Will focuses his practice on general business law, representing entities and corporate executives in contract negotiations, entity formation, and employment related matters.

Some key points Will’s presentation will address are:

Previously, Will worked for CB Richard Ellis in New York City where he engaged with Fortune 500 companies focused primarily on negotiating commercial lease acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, he has experience owning and running a custom furniture business and is an accomplished woodworker. Will has worked with Southern Arizona Legal Aid and the Volunteer Lawyers Program volunteering in the Domestic Relations, Mortgage, Bankruptcy, and Child and Family Law clinics helping low-income families and individuals with a variety of legal issues.
