We know that 2020 has had its challenges but we firmly believe it is in the hands of entrepreneurs like you to create the success our world so desperately needs to see. That’s why we are excited to announce that 2021 Forum is open for applications. Interviews begin November 16, 2020, and we have scholarship opportuniies available (applications must be received by Nov. 15 to be considered for a scholarship.

We have been in the trenches alongside entrepreneurs and we know ‘Forum’ is a platform for founders and entrepreneurs striving to achieve the next growth accelerant for their companies and their own professional leadership. Engaged members help each other success as well as give back to their community.

Forum membership consists of:

January Two Day Kick-off Retreat
11 monthly meetings (5 hours) consisting of business check-ins, peer issue processing, accountability, and CEO education
Deeper engagement with local founders interested in scaling their business and growing their leadership skills
Connections to business leaders and resources to assist company and personal growth

You may be a good Forum candidate if you:

Have a growth mindset personally and for your company
Attend and fully participate in the Kick-Off Retreat and the monthly forum meetings
Support and desire accountability
Engage with candor and compassion
Open to receiving and giving feedback
Believe “together we are stronger”

When:

KICK-OFF RETREAT: January 21-22, 2021
MONTHLY MEETINGS: Monthly meetings will typically be the 3rd Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Five Hours each)
GROUP HUDDLES: Monthly Group check-ins designed for additional connection, resource sharing and problem solving (optional)
OFFICE HOURS: 30 minute 1:1 coaching session with Gina or Katina available monthly (optional)

Requirements:

Founder or Owner of a scalable or high-growth company committed to personal and professional growth
Revenue of at least $500k + and/or investment capital of third-party financing (debt or investment) of at least $500k (or plans for financing in the next six months.) Companies who are slightly short of these milestone requirements are encouraged to apply as well and may be accepted into the Forum based on additional criteria

About Us

Gina and Katina have “real world” experience in leading and advising companies. We have served at both Executive and C-Suite Levels as owners and key employees. We understand the challenges of making cash last and the value of investment and debt financing when you need to scale quickly because we have lived it. As a CEO/Owner, Katina has led the growth of her family’s business that resulted in doubling sales and a very successful sale to a strategic acquirer. Gina was the operations leader as a company grew its revenue by 9x.

We both have a “hands on” approach to working with our clients and have advised and consulted with companies from startup to over $100M in revenue.

We also are both actively serving as Board Members on Non-Profit and For-Profit organizations.
